Current Project – The objective of this project is to provide the technical assistance required to develop a costed transition plan for the transfer of designated Early Childhood Development (ECD) functions from Ministry of Gender Equality, Poverty Eradication and Social Welfare to Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture for presentation to the Cabinet of the Republic of Namibia.
